About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Practitioner to join our team as a Residential Senior Carer Assistant. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring a skilled and compassionate leader to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will have:
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting.
  • Proven team leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Senior Carer Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing guidance and supervision to care staff as needed.
  • Supporting with medication administration and ordering.
  • Reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments.
  • Liaising with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members.
