About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Senior Carer to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Residential Senior Carer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling us to provide exceptional person-centred care.

You will lead a team of care staff, providing training, supervision, and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members.

To succeed in this role, you will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, previous experience in a residential care setting, and proven team leadership skills. You will be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
