Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Health Visiting Service Lead to join our team in Hampshire's Health Visiting Service. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and developing innovative services to support children, young people, and their families.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, build strong relationships with families and community groups, and contribute to the development of new services and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, ensuring high standards of care
  • Develop and implement innovative services and programmes to support children, young people, and their families
  • Build strong relationships with families, carers, and community groups
  • Contribute to the development of new services and programmes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner qualification or equivalent
  • NMC registration as a Health Visitor
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
