Are you a motivated and skilled practitioner psychologist seeking a new challenge in child mental health?

We are currently recruiting for a Band 7/8a Practitioner Psychologist to join our vibrant CAMHS team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Description:

This is a full-time, permanent post based in Fareham and Gosport CAMHS team. We offer an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and expertise as a clinical psychologist in a dynamic and caring environment.

  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments, psychological formulations, and interventions to children and young people experiencing complex mental health problems.
  • Deliver a variety of interventions (individual and group) to families and young people in line with their needs and goals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), providing consultation and supervision, and developing psychological knowledge within the MDT.
  • Become part of the leadership team at Fareham and Gosport CAMHS, supporting innovative ways of working and participating in systematic clinical governance.
  • Supervise and support the development of other psychologists and psychological therapists in the team.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
