Medical Secretary

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with patients, colleagues, and external parties
* Deal with day-to-day correspondence
* Receive telephone calls and take messages on behalf of medical staff
* Prioritize your work efficiently and effectively
* Type all forms of clinical correspondence as dictated by medical staff
**Requirements:**
* Secretarial diploma RSA 3 or relevant equivalent
* GCSE English and Mathematics
* Minimum of two years office management and administrative experience
* Excellent IT and typing skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Strong customer service focus
* Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
