We are seeking an experienced Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd in Cardiff, South Wales.

In this dynamic role, you will work directly with our client, a prominent Children's Charity, to design and deliver programmes supporting the well-being of children aged 10-18.

Deliver engaging, interactive sessions addressing topics like fake news, anxiety management, bullying, friendships, and more, adapting to meet the unique needs of each child.

You will also lead food, nutrition, and cooking groups within our 'Access to Food' initiative, emphasizing meal planning, healthy eating, and life skills development.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  1. A strong track record of working with children and young people.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
  3. Relevant experience in Youth Work, Children and Family services, or similar fields.
  4. A valid driver's license and current enhanced DBS.

This fulfilling career path offers an estimated salary range of £16-19 per hour + VAT for 15 hours/week, with potential for contract extension beyond the initial 2 months.
