Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the warehouse, internal teams, suppliers, and retailers to ensure smooth stock movements and customer satisfaction
  • Assess stock levels, respond to customer queries, and manage new retailer orders and live orders
  • Liaise with the warehouse and retail team to maintain healthy stock levels and resolve any issues
  • Chase down late deliveries into retailers' warehouses and book new deliveries
  • Work with the team to plan and execute orders of new stock
  • Utilize Excel to create helpful spreadsheets and formulas to drive business insights and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, working with major retailers and managing stock movements
