Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM Marketing Manager to drive lifetime value, loyalty, and spend using our leading automated marketing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute direct-to-customer marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns using real-time data, RFM segmentation, lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns, and personalized content.
  • Deliver marketing plans using the most effective channels, including our highly rated App, Push/rich inbox campaigns, Direct Mail, SMS, targeted emails, and Coupon at till.
  • Manage marketing budgets and targets.
  • Use customer segmentation, data, and reports to drive personalized marketing messages based on behavior, product, channel, and message.
  • Interpret campaign reports and analysis to inform campaign decisions.
  • Create bespoke campaign assets and promotions.
  • Contribute to the CRM & Planning team budget and provide regular updates.
  • Support third-party relationship management, including SLAs and service issues.
  • Provide information and recommendations to the Air Traffic Control process.
  • Support the overall management of Direct Marketing plans and timing schedules.
  • Provide cover across the wider team as needed.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in team and people management.
  • Understanding of direct marketing principles, particularly in digital channels.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and present it in a clear format.
  • Strong Excel skills with data interpretation and translation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable: experience in a similar role within a multi-channel business.
  • Knowledge of campaign management and reporting software.
