About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager to join our team at Screwfix. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer lifetime value and loyalty.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using our leading automated marketing systems.
  • Utilize customer segmentation, data, and reports to drive personalized marketing messages and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and analyze campaign results, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM marketing, with a focus on data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation systems and their applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
