Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM Marketing Manager to drive our direct-to-customer marketing campaigns and enhance customer lifetime value, loyalty, and spend.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies using data and insights to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns using real-time data, RFM segmentation, lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns, and personalized content.
  • Manage marketing budgets and target audience engagement across various channels, including our highly-rated App, Push/Rich Inbox campaigns, Direct Mail, SMS, targeted emails, and Coupon at Till.
  • Utilize customer segmentation, data, and reports to drive personalized marketing messages based on behavior, product, channel, and message using a test and learn methodology.
  • Analyze campaign reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Create bespoke campaign assets and promotions to engage customers.
  • Contribute to the CRM & Planning team budget and provide regular updates to the Senior CRM Marketing Manager.
  • Support third-party relationship management, including SLAs and service issues.
  • Provide information and recommendations to the Air Traffic Control process with marketing plans, volumes, and results for your segment/s.
  • Support the overall management of Direct Marketing plans and timing schedules.
  • Provide cover across the wider team as needed.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment and alignment in delivering key activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations to discuss and provoke future thinking and internal change.
Qualifications
  • Experience in team and people management.
  • Good understanding of direct marketing principles, especially in using digital channels such as App push, rich inbox, and email.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and present it in a simple, user-friendly format.
  • Good Excel skills with the ability to interpret and translate data.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a multi-channel business.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of campaign management and reporting software.
