Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entain Group. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high shop standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Taking sports bets and processing transactions.
  • Providing product demonstrations and promoting our services.
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
  • Performing opening and closing duties.
Working Hours

Our shops operate extended hours, including weekends and bank holidays, with varied shifts to ensure adequate staffing.

As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, ensuring seamless operations.

We strive for a healthy work-life balance, providing rosters at least four weeks in advance.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Communicating effectively and working independently or as part of a team.
