Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales advisors, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data and team performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
