Customer Service Lead

Great Western Air Ambulance Charity is seeking a Customer Service Lead to join our team in Portishead. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Leading and motivating a team of sales advisors, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent performance.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data and team performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
