Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage the administration and operational efficiency of the Safety & Risk team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Incident Reporting: Oversee the incident reporting system, vehicle claims administration, and asset trackers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Audit Support: Support and lead internal and external audits, including ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001, ensuring the team's management systems are up-to-date and compliant.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain management system documentation and training materials, ensuring the team is equipped to meet their objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with safety and risk standards, including managing the non-conformance process, and collaborate on the team's industry award submissions and internal risk reporting.
- Team Development: Line manage and develop a team of Safety & Risk administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to support the smooth delivery of the team's objectives.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Administrator, with a strong background in team management and leadership.
- Skills: Strong communication, listening, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage audits and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and QMS tools, with a results-driven approach to delivering objectives to a high standard.
- Lead Auditor Qualification: Lead Auditor qualification for ISO systems (e.g., ISO 14001, 9001).
- Industry Experience: Experience within the Plant, Hire, or Construction industries.
- Project Management: Project management experience.
- Reporting Systems: Familiarity with customer-focused reporting systems and processes.
