Touring Partnerships Manager

At Askonas Holt, we're passionate about classical music. As our new Tours & Projects Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this passion, working with a dynamic team to deliver tours for orchestras, ensembles, and dance companies worldwide.

About the Role:

  • You will lead sales efforts, cultivating relationships with venues and promoters in Europe to create successful engagements and tours for our touring partners.
  • Routinely connect with promoters via phone and video calls to book concerts and sell tours.
  • Manage a high volume of workload, ensuring transparency and accuracy through our internal database (Overture).
  • Negotiate fees and terms with presenters, aligning on tour requirements and financial agreements with project managers.
  • Maintain detailed logs of sales progress and communicate updates to relevant project managers.
  • Collaborate closely with our Berlin office and sister company Opus 3 in the USA to align selling strategies.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the arts or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A knowledge of the classical music industry and its key players would be advantageous.
