Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our production office, you will play a vital role in supporting our logistics functions, ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transport for tank and part deliveries, as well as other goods leaving the site.
  • Issue picking priority lists and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to factory staff.
  • Assist with warehouse cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Review the picking capacity plan to ensure we're on track to meet Fulfillment Due Dates (FDDs).
  • Manage bulk and part packing of BOMs.
  • Record goods in and work-in-progress data, including items sent to/from subcontractors.
  • Support the operations team with ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a logistics coordination role is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to prepare and analyze both numerical and graphical data.
  • First-class planning and time management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and an innovative approach are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
