Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account management processes
  • Analyze customer feedback to inform process improvements and enhance overall customer experience
