New Business Acquisitions Executive

The New Business Acquisitions Executive is a critical role within our Cracking Recruitment agency, focusing on expanding our presence in East Devon's Travel & Tourism industry.
Main Tasks:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the holiday lettings sector.
- Build relationships with local property owners, estate agents, and other suppliers to increase our customer base.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Provide tailored advice and guidance to property owners on how to market and sell their properties effectively.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Background in sales, business development, or account management within the travel industry.
- Knowledge of the holiday lettings or residential lets/lettings sectors.
- Able to work independently from a home office, adjusting hours to meet client demands.
What You'll Receive:
- Competitive basic salary plus performance-related bonus with potential earnings up to £45k-£50k per annum.
