About the Role:
We are seeking a New Business Acquisition Manager to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities in the East Devon area. You will work closely with property owners to promote their properties as holiday lets, leveraging our brand's excellent reputation to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new business opportunities in the East Devon area
  • Develop relationships with property owners to promote our brand and drive sales growth
  • Self-generate leads and convert warm leads into sales
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively to deliver results and sales targets

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and able to meet sales targets

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive basic salary of circa £45k - £50k, uncapped OTE (On Target Earnings), fully expensed company car, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and additional ad hoc sales incentives.
