Part Time Social Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Emergency Duty Service Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a prompt and efficient response to service users, carers, agencies, medical care professionals, and other stakeholders.
The role involves using specialist knowledge and judgment to respond to enquiries and requests with appropriate information and advice. This may include identifying and responding to urgent or critical situations by passing referrals to the EDS Social Workers.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience of working under pressure in a busy office environment.
- A working knowledge of standard ICT software and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to support the sharing of knowledge and new information.
Salary: £23,344 to £26,530 per annum (full time equivalent) pro rata, plus 15% Out of Hours allowance.
