About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified teacher with proven experience working with primary-aged children with special needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of and passion for supporting a wide range of SEN needs. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, are essential. A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement, is also required. Additionally, a desire to pursue a career as a SENCO and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver effective interventions to support the academic, emotional, and social development of pupils.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the diverse needs of primary-aged children, including autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, and other additional needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the SLT and SENCO to develop and implement strategies to support pupils with SEN.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
