Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital business unit, responsible for guiding and developing our products to help more people. This is a full-time, hybrid or fully remote role, reporting directly to the Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to our product development process.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
  • Proposal Refinement: Refine product proposals, ensuring clarity and feasibility, and guide them through the development process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with expert stakeholders to assess risks, opportunities, and the overall feasibility of product ideas.
  • Development and Launch Support: Support product changes through development, ensuring successful launches and adoption.
  • Post-Launch Evaluation: Evaluate product performance post-launch, identifying successes, failures, and opportunities for further iteration and improvement.
