Customer Service Support Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Assistant to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, handling enquiries, and assisting with administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will be calm, collected, and happy to chat on the phone, with a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be using our online collections request system to process online collection booking requests.
Please note that this is an unpaid voluntary position. You will be required to commit to a regular schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings. A 25% discount on donated goods and 10% discount on New Goods in our shops are available as benefits.
