Customer Service Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Chatham, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge and advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the store's visual presentation, stock levels, and ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
- Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management and operate the cash register and handle transactions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic IT Skills: Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
