Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases, providing high-quality social work services, and ensuring that all looked-after children receive a service that reflects the council's commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Casework Management: Manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, undertaking focused, analytical assessments, preparing SMART care plans and reviews with clear objectives and outcome measures.
  • Legislation and Policy Compliance: Comply with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A degree or master's in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification).
