Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Premier Community. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

About the Role:

  • Making regular visits to clients in their own homes, using your own vehicle.
  • Helping clients meet their desired outcomes from our services.
  • Providing personal care such as washing and showering.
  • Cooking and serving meals and drinks.
  • Administering medications.
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day living tasks.
  • Recording visits live using our digital care planning system.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • High personal values that match our own and your colleagues.
  • A professional approach to complete our training and ongoing training.

  • An hourly rate of £14.40-£16.00, depending on experience.
  • Pay on demand - access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off through an app.
