Job Summary

This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent care and has strong communication skills. You will be responsible for visiting clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, showering, and cooking, and supporting clients with day-to-day living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks
  • Administer medications as required
  • Support clients with day-to-day living activities
  • Record visits using our digital care planning system
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License
  • High Personal Values and Professional Approach
