**Role Overview:**

As a Senior Care Professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the care we deliver, working closely with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising care assistants, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans, tailored to each resident's needs and goals
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Managing medication, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines
  • Conducting regular risk assessments, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate them

**Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • A good understanding of care planning processes, with the ability to develop and implement individualized plans
