Senior Residential Care Coordinator Position

We are looking for a skilled and caring Senior Residential Care Coordinator to join our team at a care home in the Bank area. As a Senior Residential Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, collaborating with the Deputy General Manager to achieve exceptional care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance care delivery, including medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
  • Cultivate a supportive environment that honours the dignity and preferences of residents.

Essential Qualifications
