Elderly Care Support Specialist

About Your Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will supervise and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, providing support to the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Work closely with the clinical team to provide care and support to residents
  • Support with medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews as needed
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of all residents
  • Help create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment
