Premier Community is a multi award-winning family run business offering career opportunities in the health and social care sector. Our team provides community care services, and we are currently seeking Care Assistants to join us.

We offer competitive hourly rates of £14.40-£16.00 per hour, plus pay on demand through our app, access to 50% of earnings as soon as booked off. This role offers contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings, with travel expenses paid at 30p per mile. We also provide 5.6 fully paid weeks of holiday, company pension, and work devices for digital care planning.

Key responsibilities include making visits to clients in their own homes using your vehicle, helping clients meet desired outcomes from our services, assisting with personal care such as washing and showering, cooking and serving meals, helping with medications, and supporting day-to-day living. You will also record visits live with our digital care planning system.

To succeed in this role, you should have a full UK driving license, high personal values that match ours, and a professional approach to training and ongoing development.
