Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an SEN school in Tameside. In this role, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to support the individual development of students with SEMH needs, EBSA, and ASC. Your key responsibilities will include fostering a safe and supportive learning environment, implementing positive behaviour management strategies, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve student outcomes.

Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN and emotional difficulties.
