Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of neurodiverse children and young people. As a Supporting Learning Specialist at Phoenix Learning & Care Group, you will play a vital part in helping our students access education tailored to their individual needs.

About the Role

You will work closely with teaching colleagues to assist with all aspects of classroom activities, including planning, teaching, and assessing learning. This may involve working one-to-one with students or in small group settings to help them achieve their learning goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • A driving license is required, as our students enjoy participating in outings and activities
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting individuals with a wide range of needs

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
