**What DHU can offer you**:Working Patterns**:37.5h, 1 full time position, Monday - Friday

**Competitive salary: £43,742 - £650,056 (Band 7.0) 30% evening enhancements. 45% weekend enhancements.**
**Generous annual leave entitlement**:Standard 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service up to 33 days + 8 bank holidays. Pro Rata/ Per Annum

**What your typical day looks like**:

- To provide holistic care to patients in their own homes or care setting
- To communicate information to patients & carers regarding their health needs
- Working with key stakeholders & partner locally to contribute to the ongoing development of the service

**To be a successful Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner you’ll need**:

- Registered with the NMC or HCPC
- Educated to degree level or equivalent with evidence of level 6 study.
- Evidence of continued professional development throughout career
- 5 years post-registration experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Clinical Experience working with the elderly
- Has mental health, urgent/primary and emergency care experience
