We have an amazing opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner in North West London

We are currently working with a friendly, close-knit and well-respected practice based in North West London who are looking for a part - time or full - time Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

**Job responsibilities**

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients.

Clinically examine and assess patient needs and plan clinical care accordingly.

Advise patients on general health care and minor ailments with referral to other members of the primary and secondary health care team as necessary

Prescribe and review medication in accordance with practice and national protocols.

Essential
- Experience of working within a nursing team
- Experience of dealing with vulnerable patients

Desirable
- Experience of working in primary care
- Experience of working in a GP practice
