Community Care Specialist

About the Role:
We offer an attractive salary package of £13.00-£14.95 per hour, paid on demand through our mobile app, with access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off. You will also receive contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings, travel expenses paid at 30p per mile, and 5.6 fully paid weeks' holiday. In addition, we offer company pension, work devices built to deliver care through live digital care plans, and a dedicated operations manager to support you in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
- Help clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
- Assist with personal care such as washing and showering
- Cook and serve meals and drinks
- Help with medications
- Support with day-to-day living
- Record visits live with our digital care planning system
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- High personal values that match our own and your colleagues
- A professional approach to complete our training and ongoing training
