We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail accounts within the Grocery channel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full P+L responsibility for your designated accounts in the Grocery channel
  • Implement and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPS) to ensure profitability and customer relationships
  • Cross collaboration with marketing and category teams to work towards a set promotional calendar
  • Responsible for developing brand awareness, distribution, volume, sales, and overall profit

Candidate attributes:

  • Experience driving growth and distribution within Grocery
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to deliver a successful JBPS
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to adapt to the target market
  • Experience managing and developing an effective customer strategy, winning new listings, and increasing brand awareness
