We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Harbour Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity and well-being.

Your Responsibilities
- Providing person-centered care and support to residents
- Assisting with activities that promote residents' health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, watching sports events, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions
- Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and care plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Basic knowledge of health and social care principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Salary Details
This role offers a competitive salary of £11.80-£12.05 per hour, paid weekly. We also offer ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
