Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above. Native English speaker.
  • More than 8 years of community management and operations experience for a digital entertainment brand, ideally in the video game sector.
  • Mature and professional team management and leadership.
  • Good understanding of WEU market trends, knowledge of the pop-culture/entertainment/internet market in France to build relevant, local content.
  • Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok. You will also be in charge of program deployment on platforms like Discord and Twitch.
  • A real passion for the games industry with genuine interest and knowledge in the mobile games market and ideally a passion for competitive gaming. You will be the voice of our game to the players in your markets, so some experience of speaking at public events is required along with the ability to empathize with the varied needs of different player types.
  • Able to communicate and work closely with the Western European team, adapt to different time zones, be able to respond to team requests in a timely manner.
  • High levels of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
