Business Development Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team with decision-makers in target companies. Key duties include:
* Maintaining a clean, well-organised pipeline using the CRM system (Pipedrive) to track all interactions with prospects, ensuring that the sales pipeline is kept up to date.
* Conducting regular data cleansing activities to maintain an accurate, high-quality database of potential customers.
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are handed over with all relevant information to allow for a smooth transition.
* Qualifying leads to ensure they align with the target market.
* Providing feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve the lead generation process and overall effectiveness of the sales team.
The estimated salary for this role is £27K - £30K basic, with a bonus of £5K per year, paid quarterly. The position offers 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
