About the Role:
We're seeking an exceptional Culinary Leader to join our team at Sodexo, a global leader in services that improve the Quality of Life. As a key member of our food and beverage production team, you'll provide high-quality services to armed forces personnel, enhancing their quality of life every day.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Lead the kitchen team in the absence of senior colleagues, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
• Direct preparation duties to commis chefs, chef de parties, and other kitchen staff, promoting effective teamwork and productivity.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to train, guide, and develop employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard, adhering to Sodexo's quality expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
NVQ level 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment is essential. Basic IT skills with experience in Microsoft packages are also required. Additionally, experience in menu planning and production is highly valued.
