About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at KFM. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of HR and Director of Business Services in developing and delivering our HR strategies aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide high-quality advice and support to line managers and staff on complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations case work and ensure satisfactory resolutions, providing expert advice on complex employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
  • Workforce Change: Lead on workforce change initiatives, including TUPE transfers and organisational development projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs in line with our strategy, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Support the recruitment process, working closely with the Recruitment and Onboarding Partner to ensure a seamless and high-quality service.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR advisory services, employee relations, and workforce change. You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: A-level qualifications or equivalent, with a degree and/or HR-related qualification desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR advisory roles, including employee relations and recruitment, with a strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and good practice.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, to an intermediate level.
