Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to the Skin Cancer Team to implement the early diagnostic and treatment pathway
  • Collaborating with clinical nurse specialists, matrons, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure timely and effective treatment and care pathways
  • Identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate action to oversee pathway management related to 62-day treatment targets
  • Proactively managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
  • Demonstrated ability to meet the Trust values and knowledge of medical terminology
  • English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent
