This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships within the team. You'll also have the opportunity to lead by example and supervise other care staff on your shift.

">Responsibilities">
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe and supported.
  • Medication Management: Administer medication to residents when required and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support other care staff on your shift, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that care is delivered to the highest standards, promoting quality and excellence in everything you do.
">Requirements">
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Carer or similar role in a care home setting.
  • Qualifications: Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Training: Must be trained in medication administration.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £32,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
