We offer a competitive salary of £11.94 per hour, with the opportunity to work up to 48 hours per week on flexible dayshift or nightshift. Our benefits package includes pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our care team, ensuring the highest standard of care, and creating a warm and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the care team to ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, prioritizing their dignity and independence.
  • Managing medication administration, ordering, and documentation, maintaining accurate records.
  • Effective communication with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential) or actively working towards it.
  • Practical Medication Administration training with competencies.
  • Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
