Registered Nurse Nursing Opportunity at Cherrybrook Care Home

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team as a Registered Nurse at Cherrybrook Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About You:

  • You hold an active NMC Nursing PIN and have experience in a care home setting or similar environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • You are passionate about providing person-centered care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident interactions and conditions.
  3. Lead by example, guiding your team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  4. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Promote independence and autonomy among residents, while providing necessary assistance and support.
  6. Champion respect and dignity for all residents, advocating for their needs and preferences.
