We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Specialist to join our Income Collection team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth collection of income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective income collection and management, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on benefits and income maximisation, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their financial well-being.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless service, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of our income management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a front-line customer-facing role, preferably in a general needs housing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
