Child Development Coordinator

We are seeking a Child Development Coordinator to join our team at Academics in Hailsham. This role involves working with children who have experienced trauma, neglect, and challenging behavior, to provide additional support with improving social, emotional and mental well-being.
The estimated salary for this role is around £30,000 - £40,000 per year. You will have a generous holiday allowance and work in a term-time only position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference to the lives of the children.
Key Responsibilities
As a Child Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring safeguarding of students, in line with procedures. You will also have an understanding of challenging behavior and take an active role in forward planning with therapists. You will need to have a good understanding of child development and be able to provide individualized support to each child.
