Key Responsibilities
As a Road Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and maintaining the road network across East Sussex
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Managing projects and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management or a related field
  • A valid driving license and Street Works Card
  • SMSTS qualification and CSCS card
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly

Schedule
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. You will be required to commute or relocate to Hailsham BN27 3PG, and have a valid driving license and Street Works Card.
