We are seeking a female Support Worker to join our team in Crewe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting bespoke care and supporting individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and support to an individual in their home
• Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
• Develop and maintain a structured routine to enhance the individual's well-being
• Participate in activities and hobbies, such as arts and crafts, baking, and boxing techniques
Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with mental health and learning disabilities
• Active and willing to join and support activities daily
