Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide person-centred care and support service users to lead a full and active life. With a strong focus on safeguarding and protecting those we care for, this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, based on 42 hours per week. We offer a range of benefits, including continuous learning and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a refer a friend scheme. Main Responsibilities:
- Support service users to lead a full and active life
- Provide emotional support and maintain professional boundaries
